2-week paid induction at £100 per week, where you’ll complete industry-recognised courses such as:

Asbestos Awareness
Understanding Domestic Retrofit
Green Ambassador (Construction & Retrofit)
Environmental Awareness
Estimating and Site Planning
Management of Work at Height
And more CITB-approved short courses

Skills Bootcamp Progression

If successful, there is the opportunity to progress to a 6-week Skills Bootcamp focused on Site Logistics Operations (Construction) – leading to a Level 2 NVQ qualification.

This includes a comprehensive and industry-relevant curriculum. Gain a deep understanding of essential skills and knowledge tailored to the Construction industry.

Training & Career Support

Daily training sessions at our fully equipped online learning centre – running every day to fit around your availability.

Guaranteed job interview at the end of the programme with ADC Property Solutions or one of our employer partners across the construction sector.

Ongoing mentoring and support to help you move from training into employment.
